Delete your account

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Dayjavoo
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

• Your account profile data
• Your private content (journal entries, private uploads)
• Your posts and related metadata (where applicable)

What may remain briefly

• Backups and logs kept for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (limited time)
• Content in shared spaces may remain visible to other users depending on the feature (for example messages in a shared chat)

Timeframe

Deletion typically completes within [7 days]. Some residual data may persist for a limited period due to backups and legal obligations.
